Meet the Team
Paul is the founder and co-director of Temp2Perm Housing Ltd (CIC) established 2004. He has worked within community-based housing and support services for 20 years. Responsible for the delivery of professional, tenant-centred housing services to vulnerable people, the effective and efficient management and delivery of Housing Services and functions in accordance with the company’s strategies, processes, policies and procedures. Pauls key role is to provide high level strategic, operational management and professional Housing advice and information to the Team and accountability for the management, performance and supervision of the Housing Services team consisting of Senior Housing Officer and Housing Administrative staff. Operational management of housing services whilst ensuring that risks are minimised, and relevant legislation is adhered to including health and safety, data protection requirements and statutory obligations.
Steve is the Finance Director of Temp2Perm Housing Ltd (CIC) 2007 (provider of Temporary Accommodation) with experience of having managed housing and health & social care services for the past 26 years. Steve has extensive experience of developing bespoke training for commissioning organisations supporting vulnerable and complex groups within housing, community, supported accommodation and forensic settings.
Senior Housing Officer
Frankie is the Senior Housing Officer and joined Temp2Perm Housing Ltd (CIC) in 2013 as a Housing Officer, she has worked towards and gained a CIH Level 5 Diploma in Housing. Her role includes delivering professional, tenant-centred housing services to vulnerable people. Also, responsible for the effective and efficient management and delivery of Housing Services and functions in accordance with the company’s processes, policies & procedures and accountability for the management, performance and supervision of the housing administration team.
Katie / Rebecca
Housing Administration Team
Katie and Rebecca provide housing administration for Temp2Perm Housing Ltd (CIC) supporting the roles and functions of other team members and provide comprehensive, proactive and confidential administrative support and contribute to the overall smooth and efficient running of Temp2perm Housing. They provide a responsive highly supportive service which is organised effectively and in accordance with Health & Safety legislation and professionalism. Working positively with tenants, landlords, the public and external agencies, whilst portraying a professional image of Temp2perm Housing.
