At Temp2Perm Housing we want to ensure that people receive the best possible service and that we are easy to contact when a licensee needs to get in touch.

How to Report a Repair

CCHA Property

For licensees occupying a CCHA property you can contact CCHA direct during office hours Monday to Friday by calling 02920 468490. Repairs can also be reported by emailing CCHA. The email address is repairs@ccha.org.uk

During evenings, weekends and bank holidays, CCHA provide an Out-of-Hours Emergency contact number. To report an Emergency Out-of-Hours repair, contact CCHA on 0300 123 1091.

PRS Property

To report a repair during office hours (Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 4.00pm. Friday 9.00am to 3.00pm) please contact us using our SMS Text Service on 07786 202567 or by phone on 02920 095200.

For an Emergency Out-of-Hours repair during evenings, weekends and bank holidays please contact - 0845 600 4533
